Dr. Kamal Abulqasim Aboudia, a native of Yefren and a prominent figure in mathematics, made a generous and highly beneficial donation to the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the Faculty of Science.

Dr. Kamal donated his personal library to the department. This library comprises 124 books on mathematics and statistics.

For those unfamiliar with Dr. Kamal Aboudia, he is a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Science, University of Tripoli. He graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Tripoli, under the auspices of the Faculty of Science, in 1970.

His academic qualification is a PhD.

His specialization is algebra.

Dr. Kamal earned his Master's degree in 1983 from the University of Miami in Florida, USA, and his PhD in 1988 from the same university.

He has numerous publications and books in the field of mathematics. He served as Director of the Examinations and Studies Office for six years and also as Head of the Graduate Studies Office at the Faculty of Science, University of Tripoli, for six years.

Dr. Kamal is a strong supporter of the department and the faculty, having collaborated with the department in the past and leaving a distinctive mark within it.
